SOBA will be hosting another opportunity for Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training. SOBA has invited the Homeland Preparedness Project (HPP) to conduct a CERT training course on Friday through Sunday, April 12 through 14, at the Surfside Beach City Hall. Training includes disaster preparedness, CERT organization, disaster medical operations, disaster psychology, fire safety and utility controls, light search and rescue operations, and CERT and terrorism.
